Why can’t I log in?
If you can’t log in, there are a few things you can check.
Logging in with your Facebook account? Make sure you’re connected to the same Facebook account you signed up with.
Trying to get in with your email address? Make sure it’s the email you used for your BlaBlaCar account, and try your password again.
Can’t remember which of your passwords you used for your BlaBlaCar account? No stress! Go to Forgot password, enter your email address and we’ll send you a link to choose a new one.
I can't publish my ride
This is probably because you have to complete all the mandatory fields before you can publish an offer. You need to state departure and arrival cities (specifying the exact locations, e.g. street name), the number of available seats and the date and time of your departure. A price is then recommended to you, which you can adjust if you wish. These are all important pieces of information about your journey, and you cannot plan a ride without them!
